Public Discussion on the New Competition Code
On May 27, a public discussion on the topic "The New Competition Code: the Impact of Changes in Competition Legislation on the Business Environment" was held at the "Baku SME House".
The event, organized by the Anti-Monopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), and the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, with the support of the Public Council under the Agency, was attended by Marsol Group partners.
During the event, entrepreneurs were informed about the Competition Code that will come into effect on July 1, this year, and the modern approaches being applied to continuously improve the competitive environment. Their questions were answered.
